In this days you are supported in your personal process to reconnect deeper with yourself, letting the pressure of daily life fall away, relax your body and mind, recharge your energies and give attention to your health. Time and space will be given for inner reflections related to new perspectives and possible changes in your life.

The process consists of 2 components. One is a therapeutic body session where the accent is on diskolving physical tention and recognizing the connection on the emotional level.
The other one is a physical training with Yoga, Movement Meditations, Dance and creative expression in order to strengthen body and mind, and gain inner clarity and harmony on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
Wellness week 5 body sessions (relaxation massage, cranio sacral therapy)

Healing week
5 therapeutic sessions
(Cranio Sacral Therapy, Healing Massage, Counseling,
Somato Emotional Release)

5 movement sessions ( includes Yoga, Healing Dance, Meditation, creative
